2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Security

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, khlo vip requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be asked to upload a clear photograph of your National ID Card (NID) or passport. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this section, the specific promotion terms shall apply.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 General Gameplay Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. khlo vip does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where a technical error demonstrably affected the outcome.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically on the server. The result will be recorded and reflected in your account history.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any aspect of the khlo vip platform, including game software, APIs, or security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, dealers, or khlo vip staff in any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited under applicable law, using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool to misrepresent your location.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another individual to operate your account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by khlo vip

khlo vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory instruction requiring the account to be suspended.
• Detection of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age at registration.
• Extended periods of account inactivity — accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review.

Where an account is suspended for suspected fraud, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no fraud has occurred, the balance will be released in full. If fraud is confirmed, the balance will be forfeited.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting khlo vip support via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your primary payment method, provided KYC verification is complete. Unused bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure. These Terms & Conditions are written and governed in English. In the event that these Terms are translated into Bengali or any other language for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy or ambiguity.
